Glaucophane-bearing rocks — indicators of high-pressure metamorphism were earlier found in the Polar Urals Neoproterozoic deposits Nyarovey series, northern part Marunkeu eclogite-amphibolite-gneiss complex, and foot ultramafic massifs Main Ural Fault (MUF) zone. We have discovered western endocontact Kharbey amphibolite-gneiss where they are represented by garnet-glaucophane, garnet-glaucophane-barroisite garnet-barroisite amphibolites formed during progressive zonal metamorphism. From boundary complex to east, temperature gradually increases from 400—480 °C (for garnet-glaucophane rocks) 495—570 amphibolites) at a pressure 11—16 kbar. determined that had an areal distribution within metamorphic and, apparently, marked Paleozoic subduction-collision processes formation Uralides.
